What is Acme Service Tool?

Acme Service Tool (Acme) gives your team one place to monitor and manage your services. You sign up for the Acme portal, install a small connector in your own environment, and connect the systems you want to watch.

How it works

  1. You create your organisation in the Acme portal.
  2. You run the connector on a host in your network. It makes an outbound, encrypted connection to the Acme cloud.
  3. You connect data sources through the portal. The connector collects data and sends it to Acme.
  4. Your team signs in to the portal to see dashboards and receive alerts.
